This week, we are CASEING from the Bundles Chapter in the Annual Catalogue.  Do you have a favourite bundle?

I found it tricky to decide, so eventually I CASED a layout from the Bundle Chapter so I could use my NEW bundle coming in the Online Exclusive offering in March.  My layout inspiration is on page 68.

My card features the Fancy Borders bundle and I've used Lemon Lolly and Copper Clay as my colours.

There are some gorgeous edges in this bundle and I'm looking forward to trying some of the others out!!  I was making this card and thinking about Valentines Day, hence the little hearts too!!  

The inside of my card features the offcut piece (so I didn't waste all that lovely edge work!!)

Blue Mushrooms CI#181

Hello and Welcome to Handmade by Julia Quinn.

Tonight I'm joining in with the Colour INKspiration crew and our awesome colour combination!!

These colours are glorious!!  And check out that amazing image!!  I'm not really into swimming in the sea, but that picture just gives an invitation impossible to resist!!

I've used Azure Afternoon for my cardbase with Pool Party Two Tone cardstock for the first layers.  My stamping and sponging was done using the Summer Splash and Coastal Cabana.  

The stamping comes from the Terrific Toadstools bundle combined with the lovely Fern embossing folder.  

Lastley I flicked some Azure Afternoon Stampin' Blend and added some gorgeous shimmery white embossing powder for extra sparkle!  I hope you like it!!

Loving Scrapbooking and sharing with you

Today, I'm keen to share some Scrapbooking Inspiration with you!!  

Our Blog Hop is anything goes in our scrapbooking.  I love being part of this blog hop because it gets me scrapping every month!!  I love the deadline of actually getting my pages done!

This page is straight out of the Everyday You and Me Scrapbooking workshop.  This is one of the examples for my upcoming class at the end of the month.  

I have used one of the plans that came with this kit - it's just so easy to cut the paper with all the great measurements and ideas.  I have changed some of the embellishments to suit my photos better.

The hardest part about using one of these kits is printing off the photos ready to scrap!!  I LOVE them

Storybook Moments are everywhere CTC#506

This week, we are CASEING the stunning Storybook Moments Suite - this suite is filled with gorgeous little animals, gardening, and frames.

My card had it's starting point with the frame detail on page 28 of our Mini Catalogue.  Using the catalogue helped me notice the ribbon tab at the top of the frame (which I completely didn't notice!)

I've used the same layout with the frame, however, I swapped over the image and the wording details!  

The ribbon at the top of the frame was coloured using Pool Party Stampin' Blends - it was originally a white ribbon!!
