Blue Roses - don't you love them!!!! Colour Inkspiration #169

Hello and Welcome to Handmade by Julia Quinn.

Tonight I'm joining in with the Colour INKspiration crew and our awesome colour combination!!

I just love the inspiration image AND the lovely colours!!  I really enjoy working in monochrome colours!

I actually made a couple of cards using these colours, but this is the one I'm sharing with you tonight!

It features the Layers of Beauty stamp set and the coordinating masks, and I've done extra sponging, flicking and repeat stamping to give it an antique feel.

I know you don't often see blue roses, but I just LOVE how these have turned out!!

Inside the card is very simple with some flikcing and sponging.

Can you see all the Wink of Stella that I have flicked all over the card?  It does look rather sparkly and pretty!!    You might also see a cool sneak peek of some great navy bakers twine - it's coming in the catalogue in September in a trio pack - so very cool!!

INKspired to join the challenge? It's so easy. Firstly, get some INKspiration by checking out all of the creations of the Colour INKspiration Crew in the challenge album on our Facebook page.
