Paper crafting Monthly Blog Hop featuring the lovely Merriest Moments

Hello and Welcome to our monthly blog hop!!  This month we are celebrating December!

This is the latest Christmas Card I've made this year!  And I've featured one of my favourites for fun stamping - Merriest Moments (which sadly is now retired and sold out!).  HOWEVER, the hybrid embossing folder and dies are still available in Australia (at the time of writing!) for half price.

I'm also using the fun Santa's Express Memories and More cards folded inside out to give a fun fold. (Sadly these are also sold out here!)

And the touch of gold foil from the Brushed Metallics paper really makes the fresh Poppy Parade and Shaded Spruce stamping stand out!

I just love how foil responds to embossing folders!!

Inside the card features more of the fabulous Merriest Frames dies.

Up next is an awesome project from Tracy!

Here's the complete list of everybody in case you get lost along the way!

Boughs of Holly retiring bundle for CTC#400

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything, and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues (CATTY).

This week, we are CASEING our favourite retiring bundle.

Page 24 June to Dec Mini Catalogue Images © Stampin' Up!

I was inspired by this project on page 24 featuring the Boughs of Holly Suite.  I like the cluster at the corner of the greeting label.  The only thing available in this suite now is the fantastic Leaves of Holly stamp set which I've used with Cherry Cobbler, Old Olive and Shaded Spruce.

This fun card is a great way to show off glorious papers.  It's a piece of paper 12" x 6" scored at 2", 4", 8" and 10".  You then measure 2" up on each of the sides and trim diagonally to the top and bottom of the card to create the gorgeous front feature.

The greetings stamped on the inside and the front come from the Framed & Festive stamp set.

I've also added some fussy cut images from the designer paper to add to my cluster of images on the front of the card.

I hope you enjoy our hop this week!!

Have a blessed Christmas and I hope you find joy in your celebrations.

Up next is the awesome Michelle and her cute card!

Christmas in a whole new colour scheme!

Hello and Welcome to our Monthly Scrappbooking blog hop!!

This is an amazing global group of scrapbookers who focus on using Stampin' Up! products!

This month, our theme is a colour challenge featuring the new In Colors!!  For Christmas.  For the traditionalists (like me!) this was a great challenge!!

Sharon is the great mastermind behind the challenge theme this month!!

So, my favourite 'go to' for quick, fun and awesome Christmas stamping has been Merriest Moments (which I think is now sold out!!)  BUT, at the time of writing, the Merriest Frames hybrid folder and dies are still available.  I've also used another favourite this year - The Leaves of Holly bundle - which has the dies sold out but the stamp set still available!!

As I AM a traditionalist, I did use the Parakeet Party for the holly leaves (a little stretch from the usual colour I know!) and the Sweet Sorbet for the berries and then used the Starry Sky for the die cut frame on the edges of the photos, the Tahitian Tide for the background stamping, and the Orchid Oasis for the little tiny flowers die cut using the In Colour shimmer paper.

The Labels Aglow dies made the perfect title for my page and I even added some Tahitian Tide metallic ribbon underneath.

This is a simple page with a few clusters around the photos, but I love the freshness of it!!

UP next is the wonderful Jill

Make sure you keep hopping around everyone - you'll be sure to seem some amazing inspiration!!  Here's the list of everyone in case you get lost along the way.

Merriest Moments comes to life in our Colour Challenge

Hello and Welcome to our last Colour INKspiration challenge for this year!!

This is an amazing group of crafters and the inspiration comes from some equally amazing images and colours!

Such a super cute image, and the colours are so fresh and happy.

I just LOVE how easy it is to make cards using the Merriest Moments stamp set - it is an absolute winner at every step!!  I've stamped the images repeatedly using each of the colours of the challenge.

The coordinating dies cut out the gorgeous poinsettias perfectly for the front of the card.

Inside the card is the same images and colours stamped around the edges so there's room to write to the recipient.

Can you see all those gorgeous iridescent pearls scattered around the flowers?  Doesn't it look so pretty!

Check out all the amazing projects here on our Facebook page.
