Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.
To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our Stampin' Up Catalogues (CATTY).
This week, we are CASEING from our Sale-a-bration Catalogue and I've chosen to CASE this lovely freesia card on the right with it's sweet open line stamped flowers.
My card evolved into an exploding box card as I made this one to give a bunch of flowers to gorgeous friends when we went to their place for a meal.
I've also been inspired by the background stamping on the card using the little floral image from the Friendly Hello stamp set all over the base of the card. I love the little touch of daffodil delight in the centre of the flowers on the card, so I also replicated this with my project by using a watercolour pencil and blending with the Wink of Stella brush.
Finally I just had to add some lovely Granny Apple Green leaves using my new bough punch - a must have for anybody creating bunches of floral arrangements!!
This card is brilliant as it folds flat for postage and makes such a wow for your friends when they receive it!!
Here's a video showing you how I created this card.
I hope you'll be inspired to have a go creating this card for yourself too!!
