Sale-a-bration Inspiration CTC#351

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit and we love to CASE from our amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, we are CASEING from our Sale-a-bration catalogue!!

Here in Australia we don't yet have all of the Sale-a-bration supplies available (shipping issues worldwide), BUT, we can still CASE from the pages with the projects!!  So I have CASED the lovely tall card on the page featuring the Daffodil Afternoon paper - page 4.

For my project I've used the fun black and white side of the Pattern Party paper from the hostess collection in our Annual Catalogue - so this was EASY.  I grabbed all the scraps in my drawer, chopped them to the approximate sizes and randomly added them all the way up a long strip of basic black cardstock.

My colour inspiration came from the lovely print inside the slim line envelopes and the black and white is so easy to do.  All I needed to do then was choose the pop of colour - which is Granny Apple Green.  I've used the gorgeous Artfully Layered Bundle of the Artfully Layered stamp set and the Tropical Layers dies.

The greeting on the inside of the card comes from the Special Moments Sale-a-bration stamp set - an absolute Must Have!!

This card was for my darling husband for our 31st Wedding Anniversary - and he did love it!!

Make sure you keep hopping around everyone - you'll see some awesome projects!!  Up next is the marvellous Peta!!

And please share your projects inspired by the Sale-a-bration Catalogue into our Facebook Challenge page here!!

  1. Happy Anniversary! I like your black and white background better than the original which is a tad busy for the focus flower. Your pop of colour is the perfect finish.
