Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY!
To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from our Stampin' Up! Catalogues (Catty).
This week, we are CASEING an embossing project - which could mean heat embossing, using embossing paste or dry embossing using an embossing folder in the Stampin' Cut and Emboss Machine.
I FINALLY cased this stunning project on page 80 of our Annual Catalogue!! It features the Bloom Where You're Planted collection and I just love it!!
So the elements I've cased are: the strips of gorgeous embossing in the background, the greeting up the top of the card, and the fussy cut elements in the bottom corner, and finally some embellishments scattered all over the project.
I've used the lovely Whimsy & Wonder paper for the trees - and some of them were even able to be die cut using the Christmas dies!! Woohoo!! The embossed strips feature the lovely Merry Melody embossing folder used with Silver Foil. I've used Just Jade card stock and ink to coordinate with these super cute trees.
My stamped greetings come from the For Unto Us stamp set, punched using the Double Oval Punch layered onto the Label Me Fancy Punch and my final touch is some Pearls.
UP next on our hop tonight is the marvellous Peta/ |
