Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.
To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from our Stampin' Up! catalogues which are full of inspiration!!
This week we are CASEING a Halloween project from our Mini Catalogue.
I have been inspired by the super cute Clear Treat Boxes and the luxurious bows made from the wonderful Metallic Mesh ribbon which are on the far right of the image below.

I have changed the way I've used the patterned paper a little as I don't have any contents to show off in my box yet, but I still think it looks so pretty.
My paper is the gorgeous Feels Like Frost which has stunning photographic images on one side, and lovely silver foil images on the other. I have scored the paper at 5 cm intervals, and it is folded into the inside of the Clear Treat Box and sits there perfectly.
My greeting comes from the useful stamp set Wrapped In Christmas and I have wrapped the lovely Metallic Mesh ribbon around the lid of the box so that it can remain intact when the box is opened.
Up next on our hop is the very talented Tina and her project for you. Make sure you keep hopping all the way around to see lots of amazing projects and inspiration!!
Our Blog Hop is also a challenge and we invite you to join in the challenge with us and share your creative project inspired by the Halloween sections of the Mini Catalogue. It's easy to add your photo to our Facebook Challenge page, and you don't need to have a blog to join in the fun!!
It looks great. Such a simple way to create elegant packaging. Perfect for Christmas or any occasion.
ReplyDeleteHow cute!! I love the ribbon, it's so sparkly!!
ReplyDeleteSuch a sweet little gift box, Julia. What a great idea to tie the ribbon around the lid, so it stays in place when opened. I don't have this ribbon, but it looks so pretty.
ReplyDeleteI've wondered about the metallic ribbon Julia. Could you please tell me can you cut it thinner or does it fray? Love this little package, it looks so inviting!
ReplyDeleteHi Sandra, I actually have not cut it thinner but it is very easily rolled into a thinner ribbon and tied.
DeleteGorgeous packaging - I love that metallic ribbon
ReplyDeleteBeautiful gift box, Julia. That ribbon is the cherry on top!
