This week we are CASEING from our Sale-a-bration catalogue for the second week of this challenge.

I have been inspired by this sweet card featuring our FREE hostess stamp set for Sale-a-bration - Little Ladybug.

My CASE is quite close to the orginal.  I've changed up the colours and added a little more texture.  I've also created the feature stamped tag with a different technique using a punch rather than dies.

I used th Label Me Lovely punch to create a fancy end for my stamped panel - this is a lovely and easy way to add more interest!!

Instead of the DSP, I've used the lovely Country Floral embossing folder behind the stamped image.

The tag was created using the Label Me Lovely punch at either end giving a lovely edge.

UP next for this fun blog hop this week is Michelle and her beautifully stamped flowers!!

We love it when you join in the challenge with us too!  It's easy to add your project inspired from the Sale-a-bration catalogue to the lineup on our facebook challenge page.

This week we are CASEING from our Sale-a-bration Catalogue.  Our Challenge goes for 2 week, so get out that super cute little catalogue and see what inspires you and join in the fun with our challenge!

My inspiration this week has come from the gorgeous mini heart foil tin on page 11 which I have converted to an Anniversary Card for some dear friends using the Beautiful Bouquet stamp set.

I've used the super sweet Heart Punch Pack.with whisper white cardstock and stacked the two hearts.  I've only used Pool Party ink for this card for a soft colour scheme.

The extra splatters come from the Painted Poppies stamp set.  I'm trying to improve my sponging so I'm practicing with a few projects at the moment - this card features sponging on the top heart along with the repeated stamping of the greeting.  I've also sponged in the background (then I wasn't happy with the sponging, so I used an aquapainter and some ink and sploshed a bit more for the background.... so I still need some more practice!!)

It's been a busy week for cards, and I created a special Sympathy card using inspiration from the Sale-a-bration catalogue too, so I thought I'd share that with you as well this week.

I was inspired by this sweet box on page 8 which features the gorgeous Happy Birthday to You stamp.

I've changed up the stamp to the lovely Forever Blossoms image and coloured the same as the catalogue.  I had never thought about putting colour around the edges of the petals - and I think it looks soooo lovely!1

This is a very soft card using Soft Sea Spray for the cardstock and the background stamping, and Flirty Flamingo Stampin' Blends for the flower edges.

For a little catalogue, the Sale-a-bration catalogue really has LOTS to look at and inspire you!  And our whole design has a heap of inspiration for you too!  Make sure you hop around the whole team in the complete circle!!

Up next is Peta and her lovely inspiration from the Sale-a-bration catalogue.

When you have created your project inspired by the Sale-a-bration catalogue, add your photo to the lineup on our facebook challenge page here.  We'd love you to join in the fun with us!!

We have our second week of CASEING the new Mini Catalogue.

I have been inspired by the gorgeous card on the back cover of the catalogue.  My card is quite different but I think you can see where my inspiration has come from!!

I've used very similar colours and kept to the same basic layout of the card.

I really liked the subtle stamping in the background with the tone on tone line images extending the images from the front panel.

I've used the same Granny Apple Green strip in the background but used cardstock with a torn edge rather than the dsp.

The inside of the card features the torn off piece of cardstock and a great greeting from the Sale-a-bration stamp set Sending you Thoughts.

I hope you're inspired too!  Up next on our hop this week is the amazing Rebecca

And you are always invited to join in the fun with us on our facebook challenge page too.  Just CASE your favourite project from our new Mini Catalogue and then add your photo to the page!!
