Combining the Annual & Holiday Catalogue CASEING CTC#248

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Share Everything or to Copy And Selectively Edit, and we love to CASE from the amazing Stampin' Up! catalogues.

No photo description available.

This week, we are CASEING from the Annual Catalogue but using Holiday Catalogue supplies.

I was inspired by this lovely Cherry Cobbler Christmas Card featuring the Bloom and Grow stamp set.  I wanted to CASE the colours and gold highlights - and the white space in the colouring.

But I have a secret to tell you - I didn't read the brief properly and I didn't CASE a layout!!  I've used the inspiration as a starting point for my creation and just realised NOW that I've messed up!! ARRRGH!!

Well, here's what I have created anyway.... with a thousand apologies to the design team!!

I've created a Tiny Keepsake Box using Cherry Cobbler cardstock and added some visual interest with the Golden Glitz ink and the Basic Pattern Decorative Masks.

I added the holly - my favourite stamp from the Christmas Gleaming stamp set - which has been coloured using the Cherry Cobbler and Shaded Spruce Stampin' Blends.  I also stamped the greeting, fussy cut them both and attached to my little gift box!!

Make sure you keep hopping all the way around - the team always has lots of amazingness to share with you!!  Up next is Rebecca and her stunning cardinal.

And please join in the fun with us - the challenge is pretty wide this time and easy for everyone!  (Especially if you read the challenge properly! Unlike what I did!!!)

PS. you only have 1 more day to grab yourself an awesome paper bargain! Go to my website and place your order tonight so you don't miss out!!!

Lacey gorgeousness Colour INKspiration #64

Hello and Welcome to our fabulous Colour INKspiration blog hop and challenge.

We are inspired by some gorgeous images from Pinterest and the amazing colours featured!!

The colours this time are:  Highland Heather, Purple Posy and Garden Green and the image is a super pretty bouquet of gorgeousness.

I was fortunate to be able to borrow the sweet Stitched Lace die from one of my team members, and I think it works a treat for our colour challenge this time.

Beautiful Friendship was my stamp of choice - totally inspired by the gorgeous image - and I've paired it with the lovely mistletoe die from the Christmas Layers dies in our holiday catalogue.

I hope you're inspired to give this colour combination a go too!!  You will  find lots of inspiration on our blog hop - make sure you keep going all the way around!!

Up next is our guest designer Jo and her gorgeous card.

CASEING a Punch Project CTC#247

Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge CASEING the CATTY.

To CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit, or to Copy And Share Everything, and we love to CASE our Stampin' Up! catalogues.

This week, the challenge is to CASE a punch project from our Holiday catalogue.

My inspiration has come from the moose card at the top right on page 27.

I've used the same basic idea to create a shadow box card featuring the lovely Pine Tree Punch and some Sparkle Glimmer Paper.

The background detail and stamping comes from the Itty Bitty Christmas Bundle.

The back of the card is where the greeting can be written.

Keep hopping all the way around the whole design team - we always have some amazing inspiration for you every week!  Up next is the lovely Michelle and her beautiful butterflies!!!

You are invited to join in the fun with us too!  Be inspired by any of our punch projects and add your project to the lineup on our facebook challenge page!!

Scrapbooking Hop for Little Boys!!

Hello and Welcome to a fabulous Scrapbooking Blog Hop featuring projects from all over the world!!

The theme for this month is:

Our little boy is now a wonderful young man of 22, and so my page is a celebration of the 2 'boys' in our family.  Our son has 3 sisters, and so time just with his Dad is pretty special!!

I've pulled out a couple of my favourite stamp sets to use for masculine themes - Sailing Home and Sea of Textures.  It helps that we live near the coast and a watery theme will work with most of our photos!!

I've also incorporated some elements from the Come Sail Away Memories and More card pack for some extra 'journaling' elements.

The colours featured for my page are:  Night of Navy, Sahara Sand, and Smoky Slate.

Make sure you keep hopping around the whole circle to get some great inspiration for "what little boys are made of"!

Up next is the lovely Libby also from Australia.
