One Card Inspiration!! CTC#235

Hello and Welcome to our fun Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge!

We are CASEING the CATTY - to CASE is to Copy And Selectively Edit or to Copy And Share Everything - and we love to CASE from our awesome Stampin' Up! Catalogues!

No photo description available.

This week, we have a one card inspiration!!  To CASE the card from page 159.

As you can see, I saw the the stamped image of the pen and got stuck on that!!

When I finished my project and looked again at the catalogue image I was amazed at how far I'd meandered away from the original on my creative journey!!

This card was inspired by this glorious project from Kelly Kent.
I've coloured this little cutie from New Wonders using Stampin' Blends and then added some Wink of Stella for some extra glam.

There are a few layered elements of my cute little fairy!  I've coloured all of the bottom, and then added another layer with the top half of her dress, and finally another layer with her hair and the pen.

The inside shares the same totally cute image!!  I'm so in love with her!!

Up next on the amazing hop (who would have thought there would be so much brilliance inspired by one single card image!!!!) is the gorgeousness of Rebecca's duckie card!!

And we would love you to join in the fun and share your CASE of the card on page 159 - just add it to the lineup on our facebook challenge page here!!

  5. Such a super sweet little fairy, Julia. She is coloured beautifully and has just the right sparkle and dimension. The foil edges are gorgeous. I can totally see where the creative process led you from the catalogue card.
