Hello and Welcome back!! Happy New Year to you. I've had a much needed break over the Christmas New Year period, but I'm really happy to be back creating with you!!
And what a great way to start back again - with another great challenge from the CASEING the CATTY blog hop and Sunday Night Challenge! Our challenge is all about finding inspiration from the amazing images in our Stampin' Up! catalogues! We have some amazing new team members to add to the fantastic lineup we have each week. Please make them all feel welcome by adding some comment love!!
This week, the challenge is to CASE (Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit) from our new Sale-a-bration Catalogue! Have you see it yet? Have you got yours? Oh, there is sooo much to inspire and love!!!
I've been inspired by this TOTALLY adorable little frog card on page 3.
My CASE of this lovely card is pretty close! After being away from crafting for a few weeks, it was really confidence building to use the great design already there in the catalogue for inspiration!! I think the only differences are: I've used one of the Petal Fair embossing folders; I've used the lovely Grapefruit Grove twine (from the Nature's Twine four pack); only used one circle for my central image and greeting; and made my cards into birthday cards by adding greetings from Itty Bitty Birthdays and Hand Delivered.
I've used the same colours and the super cute So Hoppy Together Sale-a-bration stamp set on the inside.
It was a breeze to colour this little guy using the light and dark Granny Apply Green blends.
I ended up making a few cards because I loved the fun colours and images so much!!! What a surprise for my to love being surrounded by the Bright colours!!
Make sure you keep hopping around the whole team and be inspired with every great project!!
We love it when you join in the fun with us Caseing the Catty. Add your project inspired by our Sale-a-bration catalogue to the lineup on our facebook challenge page by using the link above!!
Please head over to my online store if you wish to see these products in more detail - and you can place your order anytime (if you're in Australia) while you're there (even if you're in your pyjamas!!)
And, if you can see yourself creating cards and sharing your love of papercrafts while inspiring others, perhaps you might be interested in the Stampin' Up! Business opportunity - contact me to find out how.
