Hello and Welcome to our Sunday Night blog hop CASEing the CATTY. We had a week off last Sunday because of the awesome Stampin' Up! Onstage training event. It was a brilliant event, and I've been inspired with many great ideas and new products!! I've also just finished a huge week of our daughter's last week of Year 12!! I'm feeling like this has been a really momentous week.
So it's good to get back to the weekly blog posting! And our CASEING the CATTY crew is all about making creating easier by using the Stampin' UP! catalogues as inspiration for projects!! We are all about showing you about CASEING - which stands for Copy And Selectively Edit or Copy And Share Everything.
This week the challenge is to CASE a Big Shot Project from our Holiday Catalogue. So after you've hopped through the crew, grab your catalogue and look at it with new eyes and see all the projects which use dies or folders and the Big Shot.
I've gone for a simple card right at the top of the cover of the catalogue - after last week's intensity, I really needed something easy!!
My card is a direct CASE - I've only changed the colours!! My feature panel of DSP comes from Joyous Noel DSP and the colours are the coordinating Merry Merlot, Tranquil Tide, Copper and Sahara Sand. For the Big Shot part of the card I've used the Merry Christmas thinlit dies and the Stitched Shapes framelit dies.
The greetings inside and on the front come from the lovely Merry Christmas to All.
This is beautiful DSP and the colours are so elegant and refined with their deep tones.
Make sure you keep hopping around the whole crew and see again all the amazing projects from the Holiday catalogue which use the Big Shot. Up next is Sandra and her totally gorgeous Santa card!!!
You are always invited to join in the challenge with us too - so please add your projects to our lineup on our facebook challenge page!!
You've had a big week!! Love the bling on your card!
