Loving DSP for CTC#168 Petal Passion chapter

Hello and Welcome to our Stupendous Sunday Night Blog Hop and Challenge!!

Our Challenge is all about CASEING the CATTY.  We Copy And Share Everything or Copy And Selectively Edit the fabulous projects from our Sale-a-bration Catalogues. 

 This week, we are focusing on the Petal Passion chapter in the Occasions Catalogue - pages 22 - 27.

My card is inspired by the leafy card on the right, just near those gorgeous flowers - this has been a really popular choice for the team this week - and it's easy to see why, because this is a such a cute card!!

I've used the new Springtime Foil DSP from the new release Sale-a-bration products, and then sponged it with my sponge roller with Pool Party to create the coloured background (as the sample does, it shows off ways you can make your DSP a different colour!!)

My feature embossing is on Silver Foil - and foil really does makes these Petal Pair embossing folders really shine (literally)!!  I've used the same basic idea for the greeting, but added in a few fussy cut leaves from the DSP along with some vellum leaves punched with the leaf punch.  

I can't really decide which I like best - the gold foil starburst behind the greeting or the Pool Party starburst.  Which is your favourite?
