We are celebrating Summer at SUO this week - and as I live in a tropical location on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland Australia, I feel this challenge sums up my home!!
My home is actually located on an old pineapple farm - when my Mum was a child, she remembers this whole hill being covered in pineapples. So, how could I resist the wonderfully named Pop of Paradise!! Those leaves are so familiar - they are so reminiscent of our banana leaves, umbrella tree leaves and of course the pineapples!!
I've also used the ever useful Gorgeous Grunge for the shimmering sea, and the awesome sunburst from Kinda Eclectic. Another great feature of my card is this great greeting from the coordinating stamp set and punch - Thoughtful Banners.
