Welcome to our Sunday Night Caseing the CAtty Blog Hop - this week we are CASEING the Sale-a-bration Catalogue. Be sure to use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the post to hop all the way along through the design team and enjoy all of the amazing ideas and inspiration we have to share with you. And feel free to make your own creation and join in the fun too!!
This week I've chosen to be inspired by the lovely Wildflower Fields DSP (which you can earn for FREE when you spend $90)
And this is my inspiration project..... pretty similar don't you think!!
I've used the Hello Sale-a-bration stamp set (available for a limited time only - until 15 February!!) for my greeting, and as I didn't have the lovely paper clips, I've stamped and fussy cut one of the lovely flowers from the Flowering Fields stamp set which coordinates perfectly with this lovely DSP.
And my final embellishment is a little knot of Pear Pizzazz cotton ribbon at the base of the flower.
I hope you've been inspired!!
Now it's time for the hopping - either forwards or reverse!
And if you need to start the hop all over again, just jump onto our CASEING the CATTY blogsite and see the complete list of all the design team.
This is a really pretty combo, Julia. What a super snipper you are fussy cutting that flower!
ReplyDeleteOOh I love yours better. That fussy cut wildflower is gorgeous. Isn't that paper amazing?
ReplyDeleteI prefer your version, Julia, because the white panel is a little smaller. The flower is a gorgeous addition.
ReplyDeleteTHanks ladies for your lovely comments!! This paper is quite amazing and doing a simple card like this really shows it off - that's why my white panel was smaller - I wanted to see more of the paper!!!
ReplyDeleteGreat CASE, Julia! Looks fabulous with the big greeting from Hello and the sweet flower.
ReplyDeleteYour fussy cutting is amazing!! Lovely card.
ReplyDeleteA lovely card, as usual Julia!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous, Julia, the fussy cut flower is a beautiful finishing touch! :)
ReplyDeleteJulia, what a great idea to fussy cut out the flower image it just pops off the card - outstanding idea.
ReplyDeleteYour CASE in my humble opinion is better than the original. Love the Hello sentiment!
