We will be doing this card at one of my classes next week - and it is the card I made for my sister's birthday this week - it is like her - full of style and class and oh so feminine.
I have used the Million & One, as well as some parts of Layered Labels, and Blooming with Kindness for the background panel. I have also used lots of framelits - Apothecary Accents, and Labels. The DSP is Venetian Romance (again) - loving this paper!!
