2012 in Review

This month at Just Add Ink, the challenge is to do a layout of 2012 in Review and I thought this was a fabulous idea!!!  I thought it would be a perfect time to have a go at using the Divided Page Protectors - which is something I have never used before - and this sort of a layout seems to me to be the perfect way to make use of them - lots of different photos and lots of different events over the period of a year.

I had fun decorating each little part of these pockets - and in the process I used lots of my new toys!!!

My basic colours are So Saffron, Primrose Petals and Raspberry Ripple.

Because a year is a rather long time, I ended up doing a double layout - another first for me too!!  I'm usually a one page only girl!!

Some of the stamp sets I have used include Hearts a Flutter, That's the Ticket, Feel Goods, Ciao Baby,  Pretty Petites and Itty Bitty Banners.

I have also used the Petite Curly Label Punch, some two toned ribbon, bakers twine, itty bitty buttons, vintage faceted buttons, silver basics designer buttons and designer builder brads.

I have used some new paper doilies, and some new Tea for Two Designer Series Paper.

I also had fun using some delicate details lace tape.

What a great way to think about all the things in a year to be grateful for!!  In the process of doing this project I also realised that we did a bit of camping last year - lucky us!!!
